Event Spotlight: Hola de nuevo, Mexico City
The Citibanamex Center in Mexico City held the CXApp’s latest adventure: an event that brought together 7,479 industry leaders, analysts, partners, customers and prospects to collaborate and discuss business communication solutions and their applications. In its 13th year, the event focused on communicating the future of collaboration to its attendees and the digital innovations that would help bring them there.
This event also provided opportunities for attendees to network and build new relationships. With the CXApp, users were able to access bios on other attendees, preparing them for a successful first impression. After the initial discussion, the CXApp also allowed users to keep the conversation going, with the ability to email or connect with another attendee at any time thereafter.
Push notifications in the app made it easy for event managers to customize the attendee experience, directing them to specific booths and sessions throughout the event. It didn’t stop there, however. They also allowed the client to gain valuable feedback on the attendee experience through digital polls. Out of 9445 app sessions, 734 were from responses to polls alone. We were able to reach this level of engagement thanks to the CXApp’s ability to send personalized messages, based on the language that each attendee spoke. By catering to even the basic needs of each attendee, such as this, we were able to successfully take all 7000+ attendees through their event journey, spanning 22 sessions and 4 tracks, all in one day.
